Each project/retainer will begin with a free 30 min kick-off to discuss needs, requirements, anticipated deliverables.

Project Basis


This will serve to deliver a specific project and a specific set of deliverables that will be detailed out in a Statement of Work.  The project will have a set start and end date as well as a set fee range.  Many of the services listed on the services page can be quoted like this, we can also look at your unique project needs and can provide a proposal for that work as well.

Each project will require a flat rate discovery phase (either basic for smaller projects or deep for more involved projects) - the discovery phase is meant to help estimate the ultimate project cost and discover any potential risks or problems before getting into the meat of the project. Discovery deliverables include an estimate and project plan.
  • Basic Discovery - Included
  • Deep Discovery - $500

Each project can also be scoped either with or without training, coaching, or planned maintenance.

Each project will be invoiced to the customer - half the fee will be due up front and half will be due either upon completion of the project if the project is shorter in duration or at specific milestones defined in the Statement of Work.

Projects will have set end dates and will require client engagement in the feedback process to be completed by the end date.

On Retainer


With some clients the best approach is to have an on-demand resource that they can focus where they need them most. They buy a 10-hour retainer for $1,000 or a 20-hour retainer for $1,800 and we get started. At the end of each retainer you decide whether you want to re-up.

I will help with brainstorming, troubleshooting, and expert marketing guidance.

Marketing coaching services include:
  • Feedback on your marketing plans, ideas and materials
  • Guidance and advice on specific email campaigns or email series
  • Brainstorming ideas and cost-effective ways to achieve your goals
  • A resource on marketing best-practices
  • A little help with a campaign
  • Asking marketing questions
  • Some training on a marketing activity or concept
Retainer details:

Each retainer will be collected in an advance payment. Any portion of uncompleted hours will be returned to the customer.

The retainer will be invoiced to the customer at the start of the project and must be collected before work will begin.

Retainer hours must be used up within 6 weeks from start of retainer agreement.


Billing & Payments:
Invoices can be paid either via check mailed to Ant Strategic, via ACH bank payment, or via credit card.
